Aldio is one of the International Case Counsels at the Asian International Arbitration Centre and holds his law degree from Universitas Gadah Mada, Indonesia. Aldio is involved in the administration of both international and domestic arbitration, as well as adjudication cases. Aside from the daily case management work, Aldio is also in charge of youth capacity building programmes and the software development for the AIAC’s novel case management systems. Prior to his term at the AIAC, Aldio had undergone traineeships with Allen Overy Jakarta and CIETAC Hong Kong.
Anusha is presently a Case Counsel at the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC) in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. She handles and manages the case management of arbitration and adjudication cases and is involve d in various ADR related projects at the AIAC. She is a Barrister at Law from the Honourable Society of Middle Temple Inn (UK) and was admitted to the High Court of Malaya (Malaysia) after reading law and graduating with an LL.B Honours degree from Cardiff University, Wales.
She also went on to complete her LL.M under the distance learning programme with Cardiff University specialising in Online Dispute Resolution. She has published a paper on ‘Online Dispute Resolution: A New Approach for E-Commerce Disputes’ with the South East Asia Journal of Contemporary Business, Economics and Law (SEAJBEL) and recently co-authored a paper, currently under review by the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) Open System Conference, a conference organised by Malaysia IEEE Computer Society. Prior to this, she was an Advocate and Solicitor in one of Malaysia's largest law firms.
Currently, Chelsea is an International Case Counsel at the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC) in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. She was admitted to the California State Bar in December 2018 and graduated Cum Laude and Order of the Coif from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles. At the AIAC, Chelsea is involved in various ADR related projects.
Prior to graduating, she was a Summer Associate at the Arnold and Porter Kaye Scholer Los Angeles Office. She also served as an extern in the United States District Court, Central District of California for the Honourable Dolly Gee and as a law clerk for the Federal Aviation Administration. Chelsea is a member of the International Arbitration Committee of the American Bar Association, International Bar Association, Moot Alumni Association, and a student member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
As a Case Counsel at the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC) in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, Diana handles and manages the case management of arbitration and adjudication cases as well as domain name disputes. She is also involved in various ADR related projects at the AIAC. She was admitted to the High Court of Malaya (Malaysia) in 2011 after reading law and graduating with an LL.B Honours degree from Multimedia University, where she was a JPA Scholar. She also went on to complete her LL.M at the University of Malaya (Kuala Lumpur) where she graduated with distinction.
Prior to being admitted to the Malaysian Bar, Diana completed her pupillage at one of the biggest legal firms in Malacca, where she dabbled in civil litigation and conveyancing practice. It was during her time at the University of Malaya that she found her true calling in alternative dispute resolution.
